Automatic bank withdrawal
ACH authorization
ACH is the recurring billing method described in the enrollment packet. Because the authorization includes sensitive bank details, request the current form and return it through the preschool’s approved process.
Current form must come from the preschool office
- Ask for the 2026-2027 ACH authorization form.
- Submit bank information only through the office’s approved process.
- Families with multiple children should confirm the combined withdrawal amount.
