Contract acknowledgements

Each item below was acknowledged in the browser preparation copy. Complete the preschool's required initials and signature process before submission.

1. Not acknowledged: All registration fees, tuition deposits, and supply fees are final and non-refundable.
2. Not acknowledged: For, and in consideration of, the above designated student attending First Presbyterian Preschool during the 2026-2027 academic year, I/we hereby promise to pay First Presbyterian all tuition and fees.
3. Not acknowledged: The registration fee and one month tuition deposit is due upon submission of the Enrollment Agreement. This tuition deposit will be applied to the September 2026 tuition payment. The remaining payments are due via ACH Automatic Bank Withdrawal at the start of each month, beginning October 2026 and running consecutively through the contract period.
4. Not acknowledged: In executing this form, I/we agree to accept full responsibility for the payment of all tuition and required fees for the entire school year, unless notice of withdrawal is received by First Presbyterian Preschool by Friday, May 22, 2026, in writing.
5. Not acknowledged: In executing this form, I/we agree to notify First Presbyterian Preschool at least 30 days prior to any request for a contractual change.
6. Not acknowledged: In executing this form, I/we understand that if I/we terminate at any time this contract with First Presbyterian Preschool for reasons other than mandatory relocation outside of the area (>45 mile radius), I/we agree to accept full responsibility for all remaining tuition payments and fees.
7. Not acknowledged: In executing this form, I/we understand that I/we will not be released from my/our contract due to a discretionary move or relocation, for either professional or personal reasons.
8. Not acknowledged: The All Day program contract is from Monday, August 31st, 2026 - Friday, August 20th, 2027. August tuition will be prorated at 75% for the 2027/2028 academic year.
9. Not acknowledged: The Half Day preschool contract is from Monday, August 31st, 2026 - Friday, June 4th, 2027. June's tuition will be prorated at 25%.
10. Not acknowledged: I/We understand that tuition rates will not be prorated at any other time. This includes, but is not limited to, times when there are unexpected school closings and cancellations, holidays, student/family vacations, and/or student sick days.
11. Not acknowledged: In executing this form, I/we agree to review and submit all required forms in this enrollment packet and parent handbook, when issued and updated throughout the school year, to retain my child's spot for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year.
12. Not acknowledged: In executing this form, I/we understand that First Presbyterian Preschool reserves the right to withhold transcripts, other services, or records for any reason they see fit.
13. Not acknowledged: In executing this form, I/we understand that First Presbyterian Preschool reserves the right to withdraw my child from a class should my child's and/or my/our behavior, in the sole discretion of First Presbyterian Preschool, be disruptive to the extent that a classroom cannot operate effectively with my child and/or me/us present or if the learning environment is significantly affected with my child and/or me/us present.
